Hotel accommodation for guests seeking private ensuite rooms as well as shared accommodation

"I stayed here on a business trip, I was very impressed with all aspects of the hotel!
I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff were always there to help!
I had a meeting at 7.30 am and event though breakfast was not server till 8am they made arrangements to open early for me.
Big pat on the back to all the staff!!

"My friend and I both requested double rooms for single occupancy and were delighted with the rooms we were given, both were very clean and refurbished to a high standard. (It was bit of a hike up to the 2nd and 3rd floors though so be warned there is no lift!) We had a couple of drinks in the bar which was pleasant but quiet on a Thursday evening. Customer service during our stay was excellent - friendly and informal, and the cooked breakfasts were generous (both traditional and vegetarian). Close to Princes Street and Haymarket station and lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance or short taxi journey so
would definitely recommend to friends - will stay again.

"It was a really nice surprise to find a hostel this nice, for this cheap. The whole hostel was very clean and well taken care of. The walls were painted nice and I felt very safe there. If I ever go back to Edinburgh, I'm definitely staying there again. It was well worth the walk from the Royal Mile! The staff were really great, the bathrooms clean and the breakfast was good too. It was a very relaxing stay and im glad I chose there.
