Hotel accommodation for guests seeking private ensuite rooms as well as shared accommodation

"Good value small hotel situated 10 minutes (on foot) from Princes Street. Modern facilities and helpful staff.

No lift-however we were on the second floor and hence this did not really bother us.

"The hotel is really nicely decorated, fresh and clean. Our room was a decent double with fresh linen. Shower was really hot....so they must have sorted that problem! The cooked breakfast was great. We found the location perfect for a weekend break - close to everything, but not on the main drag. The food served at lunchtime was delicious! I would definitely recommend the hotel to others looking for a comfortable family run hotel.

"Honestly can't complain about a thing.
Location was great, 5-10min walk from the centre of Edinburgh. Rooms were neat and clean. Very spacious too with high ceilings to add to the look of space. Helpful staff if needing directions in and around the town. Breakfasts were filing with good options.
Only thing to note is for the parking of cars. Costs about £17 at cheapest in town to park for a day. There is a residential area 15 minutes walk from the hotel with free parking. Ask member of staff for directions if needed. More ideal location if coming to Edinburgh by public transport.
