"The staff were very friendly on arrival. The room clean and tidy. It look recently refurbished. We had dinner at the hotel which was delicious and a good price. I would recommend the steak. Breakfast was good quality and there was plenty of food.

"Good value small hotel situated 10 minutes (on foot) from Princes Street. Modern facilities and helpful staff.

No lift-however we were on the second floor and hence this did not really bother us.

"The hotel is really nicely decorated, fresh and clean. Our room was a decent double with fresh linen. Shower was really hot....so they must have sorted that problem! The cooked breakfast was great. We found the location perfect for a weekend break - close to everything, but not on the main drag. The food served at lunchtime was delicious! I would definitely recommend the hotel to others looking for a comfortable family run hotel.
